The game at Sutton is only the 2nd time they have been drawn away in 4 years. They have had just 2 tricky ties in that time,Away to Man U and home to Spurs.

No wonder they won the Cup twice.
Can't really blame L'arse because Burnley and Leeds totally blew it can we? Or should I say "A Burnley XI" as they say for the Pre season friendlies. ;) Further evidence, if any was needed, that the competition isn't worth a flying one any more.
Why Is There Only One Monopolies Commission. Isn't That A Monopoly?

Sutton United v Arsenal

Post by Penguin »

Quite an interesting Monday night game.

Now we all know that Arse are almost certain winners, that the game will be over by half time and whatever part time heros emerge, marking Sanchez is going to be problematical.

Yet in a tournament that has become sadly devalued, this should be a great occasion. Hopefully close for a while, great day for Sutton Fans, some cash for the club and possibly, just possibly, a very bad day for Gooners tomorrow.....

Come on Sutton!
