This is run by the OSB not directly from the club. The club can't give the OSB all ST's e-mail addresses as this would be a breach of GDPR rules, that's why you haven't had an e-mail.
Yes, like all these things it's possible for non-fans to vote, but I'm pretty sure it would be easy to filter out the dodgy returns and there is no direct vote on colour.

Stop over reacting
What all the fuss about? The survey gives options such as would you prefer white or claret socks. Would your prefer crest to be original colours or same as shirt! There's no pink with purple spots option for any Millwall supporters to jeopardise?

Apart from the fact that in your opinion the OSB is a puppet, why is it wrong for them to run the survey? It is reaching out to ALL fans which is the right thing to do, is it not?
