If your ticket hasn’t arrived by Wednesday for matchday 1, speak to the club .... I think they will tell you to go to the smaller ticket office near entrance A (I think). It happened to us last season, and that’s where we were told to go. If might be different of course, so I’d definitely speak to the club sooner rather than later.
When it happened to us last year, there were many people with a similar problem. On the phone they advised us to get to the smaller ticket collections office by 2pm on matchday 1 (3pm KO) which we did. It was mayhem, the queue wasn’t massive but it took them so long to deal with each person that we missed the first 20 mins of the game...... so go early if you have to pick any tickets up.
