With Moyes looking at signing players from the Championship, it got me thinking. How many players have we've signed from the Championship, whilst we've been the Prem.
So far I've thought Ashton, Antonio, Cresswell , Randolph and all have been decent for money we paid.
Even when we were in championship we signed some decent players from fellow championship teams .. Vaz Te, Harewood, Mullins, Reo-coker .
I'm not saying all these players set the league a light, but I think we've had a good success rate compared to spending money abroad.
If Moyes can find the right player who is hungry enough, i would prefer us to purchase 2/3 players from the Championship than take a risk at £40 mil player .
P.s I do realise we won't sign £40 mil player any time soon.
