That's where Nathan Trott is meant to come in He is tall,strong,athletic...and should have all the attributes. I bet he can save a shot fired straight at him from 20 yards...
Is he reading to step up and compete for a starting spot.
He is ready but it's up to David Moyes to make that decision.
I find it hard to warm to him - David Moyes not Nathan Trott - not impossible just hard. If I had any say in the matter,Thomas Frank (Brentford) would be our manager next season, but I don't and he's not...

Is he ready ? Fucked if I know tbh, haven't seen one minute of him in action. But at the start of the season just finished I was reading that he was voted the best keeper in League One. But then a few weeks later I read that he'd lost his place as Wimbledon's first choice. Loss of form ? Injury ? Haven't a scooby, and nor has Garnett, a poster who I think is a club employee and as such presumably has a decent insight into some of the goings on.
The loan system would probably be better if players could be called back at a moment's notice tbh. Players, particularly goalies, can only get pitch time if they go on loan so it's better for them to be playing than sitting on a bench week after week. But if they're loaned out and have to stay at their loan club for a season they can't be given the opportunity that Trott, for example, might have had if we could have called him back when Fabianski got injured.

On a side note, it has to be said that Frank has done an amazing job at Brentford, whatever the outcome of the play off final.

Another Frank hasn't done too badly in his first season as a manager either.
