How fucking dodgy is it that we're at home on boxing day when there's going to be no fans :!:

(statement of the bleeding obvious) need some early points as October looks like a full on clusterfuck of games!....other than that the run in looks good, especially if we are battling relegation (ever the pessimist ),

So let the knicker wetting begin. ;)

FFS is we regard home games against a side demotivated by the collapse of a much sought after takeoverand a game against a team who haven't really had a close season as a nightmare we really are in trouble.

We've got to play everyone twice so maybe it's best to get the hardest games out of the way early doors anyway. Don't know about anyone else but I anticipate another bun fight at the foot of the table which will involve us along with:
Fulham
Palace
Saints
Brighton
Villa
Leeds
Sheffield Utd
Newcastle
Burnley
West Brom

That's over half the league who, imo, could be going down. Or finish in the top half of course

And it's the points we pick up in those games, or don't of course, that will determine our season. Along with points we could gain from the clubs who haven't a cat in hell's chance of winning anything but will be safe from the drop . Which is pretty much everyone else not on that list, along with next season's top 3
Manchester City
Liverpool
Chelsea

If we are rock bottom by October, or if we do go down, it will be because we are crap and deserve to be.

As it always is.

I expect nothing less than 35 points by Christmas.

If not, Bilic has to go.
