He certainly is articulate and intelligent. But tactically seems all over the place tbh. Should have spent longer learning his trade in the Championship imo. Did a decent job at Derby by all accounts but seems to be struggling to get the best out of what is a very talented squad.

Be interesting to see who they bring in if Roman does pull the trigger.
