Chelski was always going to be a big ask for a bloke with only 57 games as manager for Derby County. Bit off much more than he could chew tbh, especially at a club who's fans and Chairman expect success every single season. I've no doubt he'll find new employment very soon and in a couple of years I suspect his stock would've risen again.
WBA would be a good shout for him!
I'm jesting of course but should Fat Sam not start picking up points very, very soon...

They have got a very talented squad. The team last year were more balanced and cohesive. The big money additions have probably let him down and Willan was a strange discard.
Mason Mount has been one to keep his performances at high levels, so there is that...will Chelsea miss the brain-box that is Jody Morrison skulking around the place, I urgently ask...
