Man City vs West Ham Official Match Thread

Post by Ibbyham »

Following our good result against our enemy No.1 team, West Ham are facing the greatest team in Europe in Man City. They have won 18 in a row in all competitions and 13 in Premier League and shows no sign of slowing down. They have the strongest strength in-depth teams largely due to their cash-rich clowns that ruining other teams by greed. West Ham only have 3 players out in Masuaku, Ogbonna and Yarmolenko.. Hope Antonio will be sharper and Soucek and Coufal to shake off bad knocks. All I hope West Ham will not play negative like the Liverpool game.

Squad:

Fabianski

Coufal
Diop
Dawson
Cresswell

Rice
Soucek

Bowen
Lingard
Fornals

Antonio

I am fully expected Antonio to be a pedestrian as Man City will be in our half 95% of the match. Anything less than a 2-0 defeat won't be too bad as I don't want to damage our +10 goal-difference.

Stranger things have happened my good man.
I suggest you start drinking heavily from tomorrow.
Maybe start with dot4 brake fluid, moving on to radiator enamel and boot polish, before finally ending with industrial strength drain cleaner just before kick off. Works for me.
Love a cup of Rosey I do.

City are not only the best team in England at the moment, you'd have to say the best in Europe/World.

If we get something,it would be a miracle tbh,but we are the second most inform side.If we got a point,I'd be doing cartwheels :D Gods knows what I'd do if we come out with a victory? ;)

It's got to the stage now, where I've forgotten what's what.
One minute I'm in the park dressed as the lone ranger, ready to pounce on an unsuspecting young wench, and the next I'm reciting Shakespeare stark bollock naked in a supermarket.
A terrible state of affairs.

I started getting ‘appy the other week , predicting we’d beat the victims .
Then Moyes reverted to type.

I won’t be falling for that one again.
Bring back Jonathon !

Me too only it was Mein Kampf. Although I did manage to secrete a bottle of Bushmills up the aris before they through me out.

It's a free-hit as far as I'm concerned and anything less than 14-0, I'll be parading outside Somerton Library in celebration dressed as Katherine the Great.

Quite so my good man.
If we keep it down to 8, I may well feel the need to run through town dressed as Julie Andrews giving a rousing rendition of the hills are alive as I go.
