What a night it was at Lyon and that was a superb performance. Home against Burnley will be a different kettle of fish and hope we will NOT do a poor performance like we did against Brentford. We need to stay top 6 if we can. Will Moyes rested Antonio? I would put him on sub bench and Yarmolenko to start with and whether Benrahma will be in place instead of Fornals or if Vlasic come to replace Antonio. Squad may reshuffles but it is all depend how the players fitness and fatigues they are. Ogbonna, and Zouma are the only 2 players out injured and hope they will return before end of season. Soucek was a bit jaded against Lyon and if I were Moyes, I would give Noble or Lannzin to partners with Rice. Soucek NEED a REST.
Squad:
Fabianski
Johnson (Coufal was in bruises so could be rested)
Dawson
Diop
Cresswell
Rice
Lanznin
Bowen
Benrahma
Fornals
Vliasic (Antonio to come 2nd half)
Either way, it is depend on fitness level so the squad will be unclear until Sunday lunch-time. Burnley has a strong defence unit so we need to be clinical on this one and hope we can get back to winning ways.
COYI !!!!
"I am always correct", but "if I am wrong", please refer to the first phrase.
I don't know if anyone else noticed it but it looked like Rice took a knock tonight....maybe that was why he was subbed... Wouldn't be surprised to see him on the missing list against Burnley

I can’t see Moyes changing it up much, coz……well……that’s not what he does is it. With that in mind, we’ll get a draw at best I would imagine
And after the buzz I’m still feeling from the Lyon game, I’ll take it without a care in the world.
