All the rumours flying about and one common denominator - West Ham have not been linked with any quality...just retreads or spare wheels

where's the fun in that...

I’m all for the club signing up promising youth .
Obviously this kid has been spotted by the same source responsible for Callum Marshall , and the more the merrier as far as I’m concerned.

But the fact remains they , to a man/boy have zero chance of “making it” as long as we have Moyes blocking their paths to the first team .

What I object to is the clubs insistence on leaving it until deadline day in order to make it out to be some kind of sensational scoop to cover over the fact that the first team require a CB a LB a RWB a left sided forward and probably some kind of creative midfielder just to be competitive and the long and the short of it is that although the board did invest heavily in the summer we still need reinforcements.

They usually do invest in January when relegation stares them in the face but they obviously haven’t learnt their lessons of a year ago and without a couple of first team additions are continuing to sleepwalk us to relegation.

If we get relegated which many people think will be our fate we will need more than reinforcements in the summer. I don't see too many of the present batch hanging around for trips to Rotherham and Huddersfield tbh.
