At first you get the dainty zing of lemon, followed by that rich salty fish flavour, enhanced by a tinge of (non brew) vinegar and the delicate seasoning of sea salt and traditional white pepper. The rubbery ( no Benny Hill jokes please) skin feels like silk on the palate whilst the tender meat drifts from the bone into a cornucopia of flavours. What did you think of it Gregg?
