Good news that the supporters groups are being consulted
The Matchday experience is what they mean I reckon.

But I couldn’t hazard a guess at your second question . And what , whatever it means , makes you think anybody is saying the club ... isnt ?

The full paragraph reads

" After another terribly disappointing campaign and now that our premiership status is secured, just like in the rest of modern society, there is a huge amount of work to be undertaken by the club. West Ham United and its business partners must understand this in order to balance commercial goals against moral obligations and deliver an inclusive spectacle that is worthy of the beautiful game and it’s greatest fans."

Makes me think they are saying the club is not inclusive

Inclusive of what ?
I was wondering what moral obligations clubs have tbh. Football and good morals have never seemed to go together in my experience.
Why Is There Only One Monopolies Commission. Isn't That A Monopoly?

Its a sign of the times that people have to write 'an inclusive spectacle' or maybe they have seen what happened at Burnley and want to make sure white people are covered while all the wanky hypocrites that are kneeling like idiots continue to virtue signal.

And to borrow your phrase, there are not any wanky hypocrites kneeling at the Snooker. However, they have affected the elbow bump instead.
How impressive was that you might be thinking, well the impression the TV audience would have received, was of two adult men unable to control their upper limbs.

It would be nice to report that this was under the guidance of a commercial channel but it was plain old BBC. However, they can still say in commentary "nicely screwed into the black" without the labour MP Dawn Butler tweeting all over the place...which is something

Can they still say 'Sink the pink' though as AC/DC would later quote.
