Yeah he didn’t turn out too bad did he 😃
Disappointing how it turned out - was hoping to get an extra couple of years out of him, but the injury cruelled him.
Yeah that was a shame. Mainly injured after signing the new contract too

For a club that if you believe what we are told is an ambitious club ..... surely that should reflect on who we target and eventually bring in.
Of all the targets we are supposedly interested in which one will be a regular starter?
JWP?......As someone else on here has stated Moyes has an unhealthy obsession with him as he did with Lingard....Will Paqueta or Soucek get dropped in order for JWP to play....probably not.

What worries me is that our master tactician will move Soucek to Rices position make him captain and play JWP as the box to box. To play them both together defensively would be a catastrophic disaster. But he won't drop Thomas and will play JWP week in week out regardless of his form.
They are saying that he is a dead ball specialist yet he only scored 3 goals from direct free kicks ( from 17 attempts ) and only netted 2 of the 4 penalties he took in the PL last season hardly anything to shout home about. Benny scored 4 penalties from 4.
We have central midfielders, and could get by without bringing anymore mediocre players in. What we need to invest in is three top quality players, regardless of cost,a DM and, a forward who can actually play Moyes style, and a quality LB/LWB.
Rely on what we have for the rest, the team needs to be improved not just squad additions, otherwise there is no ambition to get better is there?

Best post I’ve seen on the topic since this shitshow began Andy.
We could bring in every midfielder we’ve been linked with but without a dedicated defensive midfielder it would just be a waste of time would it not ?
I don’t care about the cost as it’s not my money.

I've watched several of the ex-fuhrer vids on his youtube channel (in between all the ads). Incidentally. Are those ads the same for everyone or are they targeted to the user's googling preferences ?

Either way, I quite like the gimp suits. But I digress.

Much as I despise McFuckwit it's now getting too late to sack him. The joyous scenes in Prague should have come with a 'be careful what you wish for' add-on because it probably kept the Scotch cunt in the job. So the only thing we can do now is back him. Something Kris alluded to, peace be upon him.

JWP would be well down on the list of midfielders most would want but he does cross a mean ball and take a blinding free-kick. And as set pieces and balls into the box are 99% of bugeyes' attacking tactics it may just creep us up to 17th place come May.

That’s exactly what will happen Andy and the reason we won’t push on.

I personally think Moyes only goes for prem proven players coz they speak English. Fuckin racist

I don’t think it’s too late to sack him. The sooner the better. Yeah it’ll take time to adjust to a new managers ways but we’d be better for it and still some weeks left in the transfer window

No it won’t mate, but it’s not too late. Every day I will live in hope but the earliest it would happen would be a few games into the season
