See what a Uni education gets you folks. Jeez Sherlock if he's out for two weeks and the return is next week of course he misses the return leg as well.

Let us know when your brain cell is back from it's vacation.

It’s possibly 2 weeks. Hopefully he recovers in time for next week otherwise I’d say we’re even more fucked than we already think

Hello Philip from NSW!!

I was clarifying the wording between when he 'returns' and how long he's 'out' - the timeframe suggests that he may have been 50/50 for making/missing the game.

Did you reconsider my offer to catch up for a beer sometime?

Please don't mention anything regarding courage or valour regarding Moyes.

Imagine Moyes as OC Rorke'sDrift..?
Hed have the REDOUBT as his attacking threat.

Moyes is more LORD CHELMSFORD than PRIVATE HOOK

All we need is a new manager that can bring us to the next level and hope our TD will bring that, including incoming players.

We got problem with the injury for Bowen and very highly unlikely he will miss a few games which is a massive blow. Moyes priority is to secure top 8 finishes in the Premier League as we have very little hope to pass a strong Bayern Leverkusen side. Hope to have Adrian back soon. I am full expected Ben Johnson to replace out of favour Coufal who his days seemed to be numbered.

Squad:

Fabianski

Johnson
Mavropanos
Aguerd
Cresswell

JWP
Soucek

Kudus
Paqueta
Emerson

Antonio

I would put Emerson as Left winger as he is more suitable there as shown late 2nd half against Wolves.

I am fully expected us to be on a defensive approach and hope to have Ings, Cornet and Soucek to come 2nd half sub.

Result probable:

Bayern Leverkusen win: 99%
Draw 1%
West Ham 0%

Hope I am wrong on the above %.

I know we can take a heavy beating from anyone, but I also think there is a fair chance we can do them over two legs. They have to lose sometime, it may as well be to us, with Moyes bamboozling them with a tactical masterclass.

That said, I’m expecting an acceptably narrow defeat this week setting us up with at least the possibility of overhauling them at home.
I think we'll get battered
