Re: Gary Linekers new rules

1. The oppo players would just stand 1 foot away preventing the quick free kicks and take the yellow. Games would end up 6 a side and by September half the teams in the league won't be able to field a team due to suspensions! 2. So a fantastic tackle or piece of covering play that results in a...

Re: Cesc Fabregas

Nasri will join in Jan so no need for fiberglass. Reports are that he is willing to accept a drop in wages to 40 grand a week, Providing he looks sharp and passes a rigorous fitness test. More or less identical players only difference is that fiberglass would be on 100 plus a week. ? Nasri is a lef...

Re: Confidence

Pleased as I am with our current form, I still can't shake the feeling this run has papered over the cracks a bit. Fulham had chances yesterday, more than enough to win the game in all honesty and that's been our problem. Whilst we look good going forwards we also look likely to concede at the back....

Re: Paris riots

I can`t see it..The British people are weak and let the government do what they like. We do our talking at the ballot box mate, not in the streets like a bunch of uncouth scoundrels. You may have seen the French carry on as a heroic hammer blow to capitalism, but in reality it was a bunch of c*nts ...

Re: Can't wait for the Jan transfer window

I'm looking forward to this window. Pelle's not afraid to offload players who he thinks don't fit. He's sold Negredo twice, Javi Garcia twice, flogged Tevez and somehow magically managed to get £11.5 million for Jack Rodwell! Oh, and I don't think there are going to be any Dzeko reunions eithe...

Re: The Mogg is circling...

So the Conservatives have restored the whip to suspended sex pest Andrew Griffiths so he can vote tonight - Obviously for the PM. There really are no depths they won't go to is there? Now, I'm no snowflake but this bloke was suspended for a reason and by allowing him to vote, the Tories really are k...

Re: The Mogg is circling...

Leadership contest tonight. Interesting. Be interesting to see if those who have been shouting the loudest have the courage of their convictions and follow through with their agendas or will they strive to save their own skins and bottle it. Yesterday, I was convinced May would lose a leadership co...

Re: The Mogg is circling...

Whisky, I'm interested, what exactly are your fears if we end up with a Labour government? I mean what do you think they'll end up doing that will be so much more horrific than what's currently happening under this Tory regime? I'm not trying to trip you up or anything, I'm genuinely curious as to ...
