Re: David Moyes

Good read this. When Allardyce was in charge parking the bus and respecting the point was worse than relegation. With Moyes in charge parking the bus and respecting the point is laudable stuff? Fair play to Moyes, Sullivan's handed him a dog shit sandwich and said 'eat up because you might not get ...

Re: Stoke vs West Ham Official Match Thread

Our confidence should be high, but this is West Ham.We might be a little fatigued and Stoke have had an extra day to recover. You would have to fancy us,but lets see. Will there be a few changes.I think Moyes and the coaching staff will defiantly take this in to consideration when picking the team. 2-...

Re: David Moyes

Whiskyman quote: "For me, a supporter since the mid 70's, the only TEAM I would describe as an entertaining one was the 85/86 lot". The 1980/81 was by far and away the most entertaining I`d ever seen. With Brooking pulling the strings and Devonshire`s guile, balance and pace.(Remember Devo l...

I`m wondering if boot was on other foot..

The Football Association of Wales (FAW) will not take action against chief executive Jonathan Ford for saying the next Wales manager could be "foreign", but "definitely not English". Now I`m wondering if an Englishman would have said that about a Welshman or any other countryman,...

Re: Wilshere

Wiltshire was fantastic.

Apparently,he had an 100% passing rate and he passed the ball a lot last night.Has someone said,by far the most talented English midfield player. If he was injury free,he would be one of the world`s best players.

Re: David Moyes

I do think we have got enough talent against the rest outside the top 6,to go out and win games. We are more fitter and now more confident.Yes,we are not going to win every game, but I think we`ll pick up more than we`ll drop. I didn't see the Citeh OR Chelsea games , only highlights so I'm in no pos...

Re: 3 to go down.

Still too early to say, lots can change. A month ago you'd have said we were certs. But on current form, Swansea, Newcastle and West Brom, Stoke not far in front. I'd say if Mike Ashley doesn't get the takeover across the line in time to get funds for the transfer window it doesn't look good. West ...

Re: David Moyes

The first rule in football on how to build an half decent team, is to build a half defence. After that, the rest should fit in to place. Nobody can say, they are not happy with the way we have played in the last 3 games.Conceding just 2 goals and 4 pts against 3 of the PL Super powers. You have to also ...
