Re: A good season?

I'd say it's slightly better than the last 2 as we get to enjoy the games without the worry of relegation and sometimes we even show up! Of the 100m spent, the bulk of it was on Anderson, Diop and Yarmalenko. The first 2 have shown some good signs in their first prem season and the other one will be...

Re: Leicester home (Match Thread)

Not 100% Rick but that may have been Snoddy that crossed it. Your right Rick it was Noble As good as that header was, Noble’s cross was sublime, Arnie pulled out to the edge of the box, dragging the cb with him, leaving Antonio one on one with Chillwell & there’s only gunna be one winner there!!

Gary Cahill ffs
As an Ogbonna and or Reid replacement and as a experienced pro to help out Diop in his position? Certainly doubt he’d trade Chelsea’s bench for ours & it would have to be on the cheap, neither is likely!

Re: Man Utd vs West Ham Official Match Thread

The first penalty would most likely have stood according to Peter Walton, the ex-ref who sits on the BT match panel. He didn't think it was one himself but to overturn the decision, VAR needs to prove 100% that it was a wrong call. Myself, I think it was 100% but that's just my opinion. Absolutely....

Re: Is the PL rigged?

When you've been on the wrong end of them it can feel like a conspiracy! What is hard to quantify is the fact that we are anointed as the fastest league in the world, yet compared to the major league competitions globally, we've held off VAR for so long! Once you bring in this technology, it will be...

Re: £25 m available net spend

My issue is how the fuck we would only have enough money to buy two thirds of Raul Jiminez We have almost double sized crowds, a lot less match day expenditure, Sky money pouring in, and only spent money last summer that we hadn’t spent in previous windows The owners are bleeding us dry whilst plea...

Re: Chelsea vs West Ham Official Match Thread

Well we should be better at defending set pieces with Diop out of there! Also glad to see Fredericks get a run at the best, we need to see more of him & I like his pace, makes up for a lot. Hopefully Anderson & Arnie will be wide running the flanks with Lanzini behind Chicha.

Re: Abuse?

How about prosecution for a hate crime then? Should at least make them think twice before being a cunt in the future! We should be careful about supporting witch hunts. Sometimes shaming does the trick. Sometimes the old methods prove there durability Either way, use the technology and the communic...

Re: £25 m available net spend

I know everyone hates to hear it, but you just can't simply outspend what you earn. I'm sure the 25 mill is what falls in line with an overall expenditure budget, but does little to explain how else funds would be raised to get Pellegrini the 3 or 4 players (not 9) that he needs. None of us know wha...
