Re: Arsenal vs West Ham Official Match Thread

Cos of our Inconsistent fullbacks is one of the reasons, don't mind playing a 3-5-2 ... it's a bit more flexible...if we had great FBS would go 4-3-3 most games, but think with the staff we have..a 3-5 is better at times.. Should def be looking at investing some decent money on FBs these days...every...

Re: Ngakia

Allow me to enlighten you... · “Hear, hear” is a shortened version of “hear ye, hear ye,” which goes back to British Parliament in the 1600s, if not earlier. The expression was — and is — used to draw attention to what someone is saying. It implies agreement with the speaker. Nicely googled Michael...

Re: Arsenal vs West Ham Official Match Thread

For me Masuaku and Cresswell are about the same, for the moment Cresswell is doing better but he is also prone to mistakes and costing goals. Some of it might be down to our left side usually being filled by a flair player in midfield like Fornals and Anderson while the right has had players like Sn...

Re: West Ham vs Southampton Official Match Thread

It's what you put focus on. For me it's pretty clear that Antonio is one of our best and most important players, when looked at the effect he has on games and what we look like when he isnt playing. If you only focus on his somewhat limited technique you might see it otherwise. Antonios style is mos...

Re: Arsenal vs West Ham Official Match Thread

Same lineup. A question of who scores most goals, dont expect a zero on either side.

I expect a loan to the championship next season. We have tons of wide players already.

Re: Is it just a coincidence...

I just hope weve seen the last of the 5/3 at the back shitshow. You cant switch between it and a regular back 4 every other game and not expect the players to get confused in formation. Defence need to be set in formation so players can slot in when needed and not break formation. Attacking formatio...

Highlighted on Goals on Sunday.

More direct.

Even the victims do it at times. It doesn't mean it's Shrek-like football if you mix it up.
Its more entertaining with direct football if its not brainless hoofing.

I find Liverpool more enjoyable than city anyway

Re: West Ham vs Southampton Official Match Thread

TBH all Haller have to do to look like a quality player is to put some goddamn effort in. Win a header against a (rather poor) keeper and manage to get the ball in from a difficult angle along with the rabona almost assist. He oozes skill but rarely seem to really go for it.

Re: Bowen - what a disappointment

Don't forget the clearance when the soton player' was in on goal either, shows how much tracking back is worth!
