Rugby World Cup 2019

Good game this (France v Argies).
French have totally lost their way now.
Argies all over them second half.

Re: West Ham vs Manchester Utd Official Match Thread

My biggest fear for Sunday is that Rashford has been “struggling” for goals prior to this game.
We all know what that usually means don’t we?

Re: West Ham vs Manchester Utd Official Match Thread

I fancy us to sneak this one.
Home form has drastically improved of late (excluding the standard collapses against Man City) and I think fans and players will be really up for it spurred on by the memories of last season’s fixture (almost a year to the day).

Re: Another Stupid VAR Rule

As long as the age old mindset continues to be “ego before accuracy” then VAR or no VAR, you’re going to get an officiating shit show.

Re: Aston Villa vs West Ham Official Match Thread

Can't believe there's all this chat about VAR and we still have Mike Dean as a prem ref, cart before the proverbial horse. Absolutely. VAR needs to be ‘part of’ a complete overhaul. New people with modern attitudes towards technology need to be brought in, not these narcissistic old dinosaurs. You ...

So 5 of his last six red cards last season were rescinded.....
You think they’d have a word with the dickhead wouldn’t you?

Re: Aston Villa vs West Ham Official Match Thread

Biggest plus for me is how we performed as a defensive unit with 10 men.
Last season we’d have lost that game, almost certainly.

Can’t believe how many free kicks we fucking wasted.
Corners were generally wank too.
Must do better at this level.

Re: Aston Villa vs West Ham Official Match Thread

Strange game.
Performance with 11 disappointing after the Norwich game but they rallied well with the 10.
I think last season we’d have lost that game (looking for positives here :) ).

Re: Aston Villa vs West Ham Official Match Thread

One of the most predictable red cards you’ll ever see.
Mike Dean has the equivalent of red-card Tourette’s.
