Re: Premier League: A minimum 190 games to be televised live from 2019-2020

Not sure, eventually probably but not yet I don't think due to more providers looking to get involved for a slice of the pie and the Saturday evening game is purely so Asia and America have a more friendly KO time for them to tune in. Premier league clubs can't complain though, if they wish to dine...

Re: The U23s thread.

So one bad game and you judge them very harshly, a bit unfair I'd say.Ninth place same points as Arsenal in seventh, beaten Everton,Citeh and still above Chelsea and Man Utd.At this level we can be proud our boys can mix it with the big boys. COYI League position doesn't tell the whole story though...

Re: The U23s thread.

We hit the bar three times and actually played some nice stuff (amazingly). They were just so much more street-wise, stronger and basically bullied our (apparent) defence for all of the goals. Most of the nice stuff must have been played after the 50 minute mark Tone. ;) Apart from seeing the Dev S...

Re: The U23s thread.

Well it's 0-5 now so I'd guess it hasn't given Moyes too much to think about. And now the pub beckons. I'll check in tomorrow to catch up on the final score. Could be cataclysmic. Re: The U23s thread.

I think we can begin to realise why none of this little lot are being seriously considered for first team inclusion. Individually poor and disorganised tactically. Apart from that pretty damn good. ;)

Re: Italy v Sweden

I've now watched 3 world cup play off games. N Ireland v Switzerland, Denmark v R O Ireland, and Italy v Sweden. I've seen one goal, a penalty from a shocking decision, and some very ordinary (at best) football. And all the ordinary football was last night. The rest was just fucking crap. Tbh I don'...

Re: Quique Sanchez Flores

Multiple stories doing the rounds that he was the preferred choice and will be approached again in the summer. FFS whether unfounded or not it's the last thing that anyone needs to hear at the moment. Are our owners THAT fucking stupid or is there a very real media agenda just trying to circulate a...

Re: Lanzini

Fellaini is loved by Mourinho so there is no chance there and Lanzini is nowhere near good enough for Spurs so I would not be too concerned. I think Lanzini is one of those players who would do well playing alongside better players. Imo we saw the best of him when Payet was pulling the strings and ...
