Re: Club shitting themselves regarding the stadium

You can feel a real power swing with Sadiq Khan having the upper hand in the stadium future and Sullivan is shitting himself. Sullivan now taking control of talks. He is panicking and Khan is now calling the shots. There is something going on in the background that is a threat to West Hams future a...

Re: I hope we don’t sign Mawson geo and gonzo

Sorry to display my ignorance (....again!), Baddow: "FPI"? FPI is short for FatPigIron FPI,or do you prefer FatPigIron,FPI.COYI Ah right...bit of a 'Derrrr' moment by me. 'FatPigIron' is short for what my girlfriend calls me (rightly): A 'Dirty, greasy, ugly, fat, 'orrible, fucking pig"....which do...

Snodgrass - Missing a trick?

Generally people have nothing good to say about him, and sure, he's not the best R Winger we've had, but before you completely laugh me out of court, I feel he could be useful: Antonio is supreme.... if [/i] we can get him firing like the last season at Upton Park, and if he can stay fit (ha! Big if...

Re: Wilshere: Yes or no?

Superb reply!! I couldn't remember all your reasons from the Cup of Tea, so nice to be reminded. And essentially I agree: A cheap way to bring in a game-changer/creative player (leaving funds for elsewhere) - so I go with getting him in - but what about what jonham1 says: Is he lazy? Does he track ...

Re: Wilshere: Yes or no?

Clearly you know mine going by what you've said above but just to reiterate that this is not the risk it was when there was a transfer fee involved. A £4m transfer fee is easily recoverable if we decide to sell the lad and less than the loan fees for Tore & Zaza. His wages are a third less than Joe...

Re: I hope we don’t sign Mawson geo and gonzo

I hear where you are coming from h69. He's certainly injury prone; oh boy; he rivals Carroll on that score!....which is why I think we need 5 or 6! But he was an absolutely fantastic CH and contender for Hammer of the Year, so I don't know why his form has dipped. Is it in the head or culmination o...

Re: £20m bid for Cairney

Not sure what an ITK is, but it sounds like it is people who purport to be sources but aren't.... An acronym for ‘inner thigh kingdom’. Just a more polite way of calling someone a cunt. Ah...LOVING THAT ONE, OZ!...Mind you, I love nothing better than activating my visa to the sacred country you cal...

Re: I hope we don’t sign Mawson geo and gonzo

My thoughts exactly. He's overrated IMO. Unlike Diop, he's not the finished article, and yet we'd have to pay top dollar. Much, much much better value to be had elsewhere IMO. Because of injuries, I think we need a good 5 or 6 CHs over the season. So we've got Diop, Rice, Ogbonna, Reid and Kouyate ...

Wilshere: Yes or no?

In the Cup of Tea, I was swayed by Gonzo's and Geo's argument for having Wilshire as a no-brainer. However, complete opposite from jonham1 in a Claret and Hugh comment: "(On the Arsenal site: ) you don’t see an outcry that he is being allowed to leave. Another injury prone player with a lazy attitud...

Love the use of the word 'total' there, RonnieBoy
