Glad you said that mate....hope it's true..
I know we're all fucked off bout certain things,I am as well....I would Love a Stadium like
that....I'm insanely jealous.....a good percentage of my mates being Spuds don't help.
Your partly right bout us as well...losing Upton is Massive, changed things....
But we are where we are....that's what I'm interested in,making what we have work in some way,
Gotta keep the youngsters around/interested....that means bigging things up for them..
Not Banging on how great the Spuds are and their Stadium is,and deriding us.
If your using the word towards Modern Football in General....get it,share that view....Love Footie...
But,PL and all the Crap.. Business wise....Money/TV...etc....NO...
But to use it to show your feelings to West Ham and it's Fans,I don't like that..
Stadium might be Ok but I'm working not far from the ground right now and like Whiskeyman says the place itself is a friggin nightmare with traffic now. Remember the shit we had to put up with driving to Upton Park and imagine what that shithouse would have been like with 30 thousand more there. Trains and tubes aint a lot better than what we had at Upton Park either mate.
Yeah spot on.........But Footie these days...F**k the fans just sell the tkts...
That was the Prob with trying to do anything at Upton mate, even if we could have gone up
to say... 48,000 which might have just done us,traffic and transport would have been chaos..
Years ago we'd handle 42,000 at times but prob more than half of those were walkers...busers...
now it's all Trains and Cars..
Hope we have a Cup game there pretty soon.....that'll be fun....

Seriously mate...it takes all sorts and opinions...nothing wrong with that...
But if you look on "Our Club" with Disdain,it's time to move along....Support another Club maybe..
Of all your Negative posts ...this is the most disappointing....
Unless of course you've used that word without knowing the actual meaning of it.
It's a fantastic stadium..so what....that makes you look at us with Contempt and being
unworthy to follow....
Doubt very much if I'll join in with any of your OPs again...maybe to dig you out for some fun,
but nothing positive..
Please remember that I bleed claret and blue.
The stadium is the greatest symbol that we have no club. West Ham United FC no longer exists.
Spurs new stadium, within their 'home', show all the above.
Disdain? The correct words to illustrate my feelings towards the business we all support.
I dont support a stadium. I support West Ham United and I would still support them if we played on Wanstead flats.

Communism deprives no man of the power to appropriate the products of society; all that it does is to deprive him of the power to subjugate the labour of others by means of such appropriations.
