Well done to all with special mention to Declan. :D
I've just got back to Dorsetshire after the game and am reasonably happy. Good to get 3 pts but also a clean sheet.

I thought Arsenal were fucking dogshit though, it has to be said that Abameyang and Lacazette were poo. Ramsey was their only decent player and he didn't even play the whole game.
I thought Iwobi was their best player but Ramsey improved them when he came on. No skin off my nose but they're letting him leave yet Ozil, who's on 300k a week apparently and declared himself fit, was not even on the bench.

Just a thought, and I'm not saying we should pay Arnie what the Chinks are offering him, but with a 60.000 capacity now, if all this bollocks is about getting an improved deal from us, if Ozil does get that much, maybe he has a point.

The back four today were tremendous and played as a unit , especially the way our midfield played in support as well . Rice was outstanding and Noble managed to play at full intensity while he was on , probably knowing when he was coming off . Pellegrini has got it sussed and realises that Noble cannot play consecutive games for the full 90 minutes . As for our attack Nasri has made all the difference with the way our game flows .
Agree. I thought Noble ran himself into the ground today alngside the excellent Rice and Nasri was superb. Pellegrini knew what he was doing getting him in despite some opposition. Anderson was Excellent, Antonio just needs composure and a final ball to be a real weapon.

As for Arnie. Gave his all today so no problem. If he goes so be it if not I am sure he will continue to be a good player.
Has not caused any issues, made no statements but players come and go and unlike Payet, he looks like he will keep playing properly until he has left so I have no issue with it. Been an excellent player so far for us.

I doubt Liverpool will relish playing us as teams that pass the ball seem to play into our hands at home now.
Our defence still left big holes centrally, i think we now really see how important The General is.

He should be our top earner for sure. he is on 100 grand and chico 140. Arnie should be on 150 . Your best player or most influential player that can change a game should be the top earner. De bruyne is top earner for City. Ozil Arsenal. Salaah Liverpool . etc etc. Actually Liverpools wage list isn't that high compared to City. Lots of players under 100 a week. So Arnie was obviously turned down by the twins when he put that point to them.

Big holes ? How many serious shots did Fabianski have to deal with today ? I thought our defence today looked as solid as it has in any game so far this season. Only one heart in mouth effort, Iwobi, imo.

Really fancied us today and thought we were well worth the win. Rice outstanding as usual but every player played well. Probably a player who won't get the headlines but thought was brilliant again was Cresswell, looking like his old self in recent matches.

Pellegrini got tactics and subs spot on for me. Antonio you could tell was looking a bit knackered and Snodgrass was the perfect sub to bring on to bring energy and also a little calmness to the midfield. Great decision to start with Nasri who i thought was excellent.

Only slight negative (and this is me being very picky  ) is that we didn't kill the game off when we had the chance to. At times Anderson made the wrong decision and went for a safer pass when he could have had a shot at goal himself, we know he's capable!

That's Arnie off then, tbh i think he looked even more sulky than usual. If you don't want to play for us then see ya mate.

Great performance by the Hammers today.

The only disappointment was that we didn't score more goals.

Some outstanding performers especially from Rice,Nasri and Anderson. We looked decent at the back today and Arsenal didn`t really trouble us.They do average 2 goals a game,so it`s a compliment not to concede against these. That`s 2 cleans sheets in a while now.I do think we do look solid with Cresswell at left back and Oggy and Diop are probably getting a better understanding now.

Happy has Larry..Well done Pellegrini..After the sh*t we have had to watch nearly all this century, you are a breath of fresh air.Back to THE WEST HAM WAY....LOVING IT!

Did laugh when Anderson was dribbling with the ball while refitting his gloves then beating two players.

Really, well i beg to differ, the fact that Fabrianski didnt have to deal with many serious shots is a different issue, and the fact he hadnt had to in those situations was due to the fact that the culprits had been rescued, which should be the case but they shouldnt have neede it. Best defensive performance to date?! OKish, but not the best imo.We won but it doesnt hide frailties.

I didn't. I'm assuming you are referring to the effort Fabianski saved early doors. Of course our defence isn't perfect but considering today we were up against one of the best strikers in Europe I think our defence proved more than adequate. Of course there is always room for improvement but anyone saying Arsenal found it easy to get through our defence today watched a different game to the one I saw. Including the first 15 minutes. ;)

And FFS if a goalie having a relatively quiet afternoon isn't an indication of a defence being in relative control of a situation I don't know what is. I think it's only the 4th clean sheet we've kept, Chelsea, Newcastle & Fulham being the others, and I will stand by my comment it was our best defensive performance of the season. Particularly considering the opposition.
