I wouldn't worry too much. Husillos has shown he can wheel and deal, so I'd imagine £25m + transfer fees would be enough, especially if he does as well as last summer.
A couple of frees, a couple of Balbuenas, and the bulk of the money spent on a forward and a partner for Rice. Doable, in my humble opinion.

For me a lot depends on how Pellegrini wants to set up. You can do 3 out and 1 in up front if he's planning on playing 4231, but not if he wants to play a 4222. And if he wants to play the latter we have too many AMs on the books. There's a lot of possible permutations.
Agreed - We did spend a shed load of cash this summer also - We already got a decent squad, just get some of the deadwood out and I would hope our Director of Football and Manager have already identified a few players to fill the problem positions like CB, CM and LB and potentially a new striker. I don't think we need to go crazy, 5 or 6 out the door, 4 or 5 in.

Sully keeping his reputation of backing a manager during the 1st season then giving fuck all 2nd/3rd season.

Chica - not good enough
Arnie - not interested
Nasri - Wages could be used better, not known for huge assists or goal scoring
Cresswell/Masuaku - Not happy with either
Wilshere - Stupid transfer, free the wages
Zabaleta/Fredericks - One's considering retirement/other is just pace and not technical
Snodgrass - only good for a month in a season, sell for sure.

Sanchez, Obiang, Carroll, Perez are pretty much going.

We need £50m even before sales.

These cunts ain't bothered about winning or competing at a higher level.
Their main concern and always has been, is just to stay in the gravy train premier league. If Birmingham had of won the bid for the commonwealth games back in the day, we would never have clapped eyes on these pair of cunts.
Mores the pity in my book.

Is it me or does it seem that every summer we’re almost starting from scratch with our squad?
“Major clear out of dead wood and major investment needed” seems to be the mantra every single summer.

Thing is we never clear out the deadwood then just employ more, its a never ending circle with us.

A major cull is needed summer, no fucking about.

Edin Dzeko
Gary Medel
And possibly a bid for Gomez that I'll fail at the last hurdle after the "we tried" shit.
But never mind we'll be debt free!

The dwarf will be shitting bricks now that City are being investigated for breaking FFP rules.

So that 25m will be out of the window.

Is the Cobra keeping in trim ?

Joking aside I watched Rennes beat the Arse on Thursday. They have a forward called Ismail Sarr. 21 and from Senegal. And like shit off a shovel.

The dwarf should do all he can to land him and he'd be half the price of Maxi Gomez.

Got to save up for another 3 seasons so it looks like theyre splashing the cash again.

Personally think Sullivans set his level for the club, and hes satisfied with similar next season and any following if they amount to the same.
