Good stuff, mate. Although Reid's a Kiwi not an Aussie.

I'd agree with pretty much all of your picks.
Leaving aside those out of contract:
Arnautovic; Age, injuries, attitude, wages.
Hernandez; Age, suitability, wages.
Perez; Age, form, suitability.
Obiang; Ability, form, wages.
Snodgrass; wages, ability.
Fernandes; Ability.
Masuaku; Ability (defensive), suitability.
Cresswell; Age, injuries, form.
Ogbonna; Age, form, wages.
Reid; Age, injuries, wages.

It's unlikely that lot would all go in one window, but imo they all need removing or replacing.
Yeah I had realized the Aussie mistake after I had finished posting.

Snodgrass out? I had actually considered it as well but then there are so little grafters in the squad that I thought maybe it'd be worth keeping him around. Plus the fact that he seems to be one of our only players capable of delivering a decent corner. To be honest though with everyone fit I don't see a place for him in the starting eleven and his lack of pace and vision is a real let down sometimes. Wondering if he could be converted to a leftback.
I don't mind Snoddy, but as you say he's not first XI material. And with Yarmolenko back he might not even get on the bench. So, we will have a 32 year old third choice wide player on £60k a week.
Not sure about converting him either. If he was 22 it might be worth a shot, but he's a little too long in the tooth these days.

I agree , and I also think that a large majority will be gone come the start of next season.
I would keep Cresswell as a squad player just for next season and then replace him....and maybe Perez again just for next season. I'm surprised you haven't listed Sanchez, Oxford, Hugill and Byram as well, there's another 10 Million quid for replacements.

Sanchez really hasn't had a chance, and I don't imagine he's on top dollar.
Selling Oxford still sticks in my throat. That lad had so much potential.
Byram, I wouldn't mind having a second look at. Fredericks and Zabs have both had issues with form and injury.
Hugill, I'd entirely forgotten about. How much would we get for him? A packet of chewing gum and a half used biro... maybe.
I guess we could also add Toni Martinez, maybe Samuelsen and Cullen too. They're all 21, 22, 23 and none have really stepped up.

I can feel a massive clear out coming on. Mr P's team have had a year of scouting for us now and I'm sure have ideas both for the first team and a revamp for the U23's, The transfer window has been open now for 3 hours and as yet.....nothing.....

I've written a short blog post about which players I think will be moving on in the summer and I'd like to hear your opinions. Also would love to know who you want us to sell in the summer and why? whufc_crest

I'd pretty much agree with the exception of Ogbonna mate mate. I'm far from convinced that we can unearth another Balbuena. Oggy does have his dodgy times but he got a couple of MOM's when he was in and can be good on his day.
