Pablo Zabaleta

Post by Whiskyman » Tue Jul 16, 2019 12:09 pm

I'm not normally in favour of jobs for the old boys but I'd be happy to make an exception in his case now he's decided this season will be his last in English football. The bloke has been a model professional all his career, has played at the highest level and would, imo, be an excellent bloke to carry out a coaching role, particularly with the kids.

As you say, a model professional.

Shame that there’s a hundred times more Arbeloas in the game than Zabaletas.

Hope he will be our coaching staff next season as Peppa the Pig want him as coach once he retired from football which I hope Zaba will stay with us as coach.

I guess if he had the opportunity to be part of Guardiola's coaching team he would walk to Manchester to take it up.

Hope Pellegrini will persuade him to stay as coach but it is up to Zaba if he want to stay with us or go to Man City IF Guardiola want him.

This bloke is a dead weight now. Appalling last season.

Those fans saying they want him to be a coach (because he laughs and smiles!) shows their IQ (0).

he's pretty settled here.. knows the staff and probably the youth.. would city really be that keen? would be a pretty big move for relatively small role in manchester.. worth moving the whole family over again? he might show promise in that role but i doubt there will be much competition
