Where's the money?

Post by jhammers » Fri Aug 02, 2019 4:25 pm

Arnautovic - 110k
Perez - 70k
Carroll - 80k
Adrian - 40k
Nasri - 70k
Fernandes - 40k
Obiang - 40k
Byram - 30k
Oxford - 30k
Hugill - 18k  (50% QPR)
Browne - 15k
Makasi - 8k

Conservative estimates on all the wages we are no longer paying. (Easy to predict with these 'ITK's leaking so much information)

22m net spend.
All these wages saved...

You’ll be told that you’ve forgotten all the Agents fees and instalments paying off last years alleged spend up .

When really it’s going towards their loan repayments to themselves which I believe is due in January.

Mind you where the rest is fuck knows ...

History tells us that they back their managers in the first season but never the second .

I did say on another thread though that it is possible to improve the playing squad without a huge net spend and also possible to waste that huge spend a la Fulham.

However I also said many times last summer that , whilst lots were creaming their jeans and “forgiving” those 2 cunts for their previous Cunticity that it would take more than an £80m + net spend in one transfer window for them to get any credit and so I stand by that .

Forewarning everybody months ago that they were not prepared to continue the investment doesn’t make it ok.

The full backs and defensive midfield need upgrading and I reckon they could have done that with another 30 mill but although I’m looking forward to the end to end stuff we’ll be getting this season we’ll still get quite a few hidings imo

How many clubs have gone under/dropped into obscurity spunking money they don't have?
We don't have a billionaire owner and need to balance the books
2 big signings that hopefully will come good
It's not easy competing with the big boys in this league, slow and steady will come good, be patient.

A lot of deadwood on that list. I’m in no hurry to see them replaced.

Very good points. But the barrow boys would be getting a lot more respect from fans if they had made the very good points you just have instead of coming out with the total garbage they did when they acquired the club. They have been found out big time and, imo, deserve all the shit that is thrown at them.

I for one will not be happy until they fuck off.

Ironworks.Mr Sullivan is a Billionaire.No-where near as wealthy as some but wealthy enough not to be crying poverty. We are short of cover and injuries could derail our season. An injury to Declan forinstance would be disasterous.
