Clear and obvious...

Any replay should be played in real time, and the judgment made on the back of that.

Just one replay.

If it takes more than one replay to make a decision,it isn’t clear and obvious.

If it takes slowing down of the replay to make a decision, it isn’t clear and obvious.

And if it takes freezing the replay (particularly in the case of an offside) to make a decision, it isn’t clear and obvious.
Good points mate..
That's where all starts getting about opinions...is it or isn't it...
Hand ball...one guy says yes deliberate...another guy ,who might have actually played the
fuckin game goes Nah,he didn't mean that,accidental.

Watched the Chelsea Ajax game last week...like watching Ajax Play....seems like it was controlling
the game...well if we do this...or we'll let that one go,it'll make for a more entertaining game.
That can't be allowed to happen.....2-0 nil up 5 mins left ..yeah we'll give this one, make a fun
last 5/6 mins..

Actually,it's like a pilot completing a successful landing while being in a flight simulator bolted to the ground and giving himself a pat on the back...it's good...but
