Bournemouth vs West Ham Official Match Thread

Post by Ibbyham » Thu Sep 26, 2019 8:36 am

Following our embarrassing loss against minnow, Oxford, due to mainly reserve/youth players except Diop but Bulbuena was not the player he was last season and he is now far behind Ogbonna in term of performance so he needs to work out. Hopefully the Bournemouth game, West Ham to focus and to perform top level as manager required.

Squad:

Fabianski

Frederick
Diop
Ogbonna
Cresswell

Rice
Noble

Anderson
Fornals
Yarmolenko

Haller

Hope Fornals will get more experience and more confidence to do better.

A game we usually either lose or have homer referees.

One of those I write off every season.

No team changes...has to be, Cresswell keeps his place as does Fornals.
They had us both home and away last season so if we have progressed any since last season we at least need to come away with a point. I as the optimist as I am are going for a 2-0 win to us.......
We need to keep up this season with the 5th,6th and 7th teams and not allow them to pull ahead. If we can sneak a win it will keep us right up there.

We have to be very careful against Bournemouth as they are now our bogey team as we only won ONCE at home against them, and ONCE away so that is a poor record, just remind me how the old Wimbledon used to bully us especially at Upton Park.

I do hope West Ham will have more confident of getting a result against Bournemouth and a decent referee that don't do a Jonesy.

i would concur Ibbs with the sentiment and they are in the brighton bogey team category, i do however have no idea what a Jonesy is?

Bournemouth and Brighton whom both are near to each other, we looked likely to have sea-sick on their ground.....and the ref, apologies, it was meant to be "A decent referee that don't do a Deany (Mike Dean who always against us)

Well they owe us a response to that shite last night.

Fabianski
Fredericks, Diop, Ogbonna, Cresswell
Rice, Noble
Yarmolenko, Fornals, Anderson
Haller

Although tempted to put Anderson in the middle and stick with Holland on the left wing but can't see it happening
