Nice article except he's not in Miami but about 60 miles north in Delray

Fantastic player . For us and in general .

Deserved to play for England .

He still does charity work and West Ham legend do’s when he’s over .

A top bloke.

True blue Hammer on Twitter I THINK ?

Absolutely cracking fella mate, funny as fuck, very friendly and loves West Ham to bits.

As a player he was incredibly classy and a wonderful long passer of the ball not dissimilar to Hoddle. Jamie Redknapp used to clean his boots at Bournemouth so it was no surprise to see them share a lot of the same characteristics.

There are quite a few City fans of a certain age who would say the 5-1 rout of United at Maine Road in 1989, in which Ian Bishop was arguably man of the match, was their favourite memory, even more so than the Aguero moment, because back then they hadn't had a team built by bottomless pockets.

Always a big favourite of mine, lifter or not (and I think not).

Geoff Pike never gets a mention..proper grafter for dev and brooking.
I also often wonder what Mike Small is up to these days..
Hopefully drunk as a monkey and enjoying his life
