Wow, Loaks Park! I have to spend a fair bit of time in Wycombe and it hasn't dawned on me that they had played elsewhere prior to Adams Park. Brilliant thread. Love it when a new one come up!

Don't know if I have missed it in the thread mate but how about Crawley Town FC? I used to go and watch them as a boy when we moved there in 1980. They play in a purpose built stadium now but when I used to go they played in a small ground, Town Mead, which is now under a gym and cinema complex. I remember going there to watch an exhibition game, pre-season against Spuds and Hoddle was there as his brother was playing. He did get some stick haha. I use to like it there and did some stewarding for a time.

What's the difference between a kangaroo & a kangaroot?
One is a kangaroo, & the other is a Geordie stuck in a lift.

Nice one Steve. I have some pics of the complex that's is now in place of the ground as well as pics of the new stadium. I also have a great pic from when my son was mascot for Crawley Town but insisted on wearing his West Ham shirt :D Ill dig 'em out.
