The Striker Thread

Post by thomasswe » Sun Jun 19, 2016 5:40 pm

Getting tiresome to keep track of all strikers we are being/have been linked with this transfer window. So I though there should be a thread for it. Please add to the list if I've forgotten someone.

Feel free to opinionate about which one you'd want and why.

These are the ones I can remember:

Michy Batshuayi
Alexandre Lacazette
Simone Zaza
Callum Wilson
Carlos Bacca
Christian Benteke
Jonathan Calleri
Ciro Immobile
Anthony Modeste
Nolito
M'baye Niang
Saido Berahino
Icardi
Manolo Gabbiadini

Perhaps not, wiki says left winger or forward

Not impressed with Immobile.
Needs to run around a bit more.

Things go better without numbers.

Quite an unfortunate name, would prefer him over Zaza though

I agree regarding Zaza.

As I've said a few times Id be very happy to see a Benteke & Berahino partnership.

That being said Ryan was raving about Lacazette yesterday and clearly believes him to be world class.

I''m looking forward to seeing a 4-5-1 with Payet, Lanzini and Feghouli with a new striker upfront. which one i dunno.. never watch other leagues..

Funnily enough mate I had a conversation with Ryam about him yesterday and was asking the same thing. Apparently he is a little fella who is quite skillful but stays central rather than work the channels

I'm the same mate, next to no knowledge of the European game hence my selection of Berahino & Benteke
