Oh well, that didn't take long.
Someone inside the council did some land-leasing deal to get around the problem.
I bet he/she won't be going to Bognor for their holidays this summer.

So Roman didn't have to call in any favours from the Russian Vory Zakone to, shall we say, resolve the problem ? Unless the land leasing refers to a shallow grave shaped hole somewhere in Kensington/ ;)

Roman pays the council, council take the land.....apparently you cant take an injunction against the council
