The England Football Team - a new low! Poll

Postby dorsetdano » Sun Nov 04, 2018 11:32 am

According to the Beeb Rooney is going to captain England in one last international versus the USA in November. What a joke, I checked the calendar and it isn't April1. The world has gone mad and Southgate shouldn't bow to this piece of rampant celebrity celebrating/commercialism because it's the USA that we're playing. I thought/hoped that all this celebrity rubbish finished when Beckham finally exited the football scene, but apparently not!

I voted emphatically for yes.

No-one has done more for English football than Wazza.

He wore his shirt with pride and he doesn't look like Bruce Forsyth.

Of course he 's done so much more for our game than anyone before him. I think it's a disgrace there's no statue of him holding the World Cup aloft outside Old Trafford.

And he may not look like Bruce Forsyth. But he's a fucking ringer for Shrek. And he talks funny, and I wouldn't trust him to be anywhere near my gran. So stay out of Highgate cemetery you fat scouse tosser.

If it looks like a cunt, walks like a cunt, and talks like a cunt it's either Boris Johnson or Jeremy Corbyn.

Is this the same Wayne Rooney who slagged of the fans in South Africa for having the audacity to boo him. The fans who paid a fourtune to follow England him and the other turds and did nothing during the tournament.

I read that he's not going to be Captain. Just a bit part performance.

And he's tearing up the MLS so 'soccer fans' in the US might well splash out for the trip of a lifetime to foggy old London so they can catch the game & see Buck Palace.

Yee-haw.
