I said a few weeks back that I expected the rotund one to ship up at Southampton before long. And tbh I hope he does because I'm looking forward to hearing the reaction of the Southampton fans, who were demanding Claude Puel be sacked for playing boring football, when they hear of his impending arrival. I think Alanis Morisette summed it up nicely a few years back.

I demand answers. And I demand them now. Why is there only one monopolies commission ?

Yep he'll be circling the skies above, surveying the carcass below awaiting his move.
Actually I doubt even the wingspan of a Wandering Albatross could get that meathead airborne.

Southampton will not employ the Dudley Dinosaur or Moyes.

It will be Quique Sanchez Flores, and tbh, not a bad appointment.

It's not the principle. It's the money.

Great player.

Not a great manager, too bad though - one less relegation certainty. Not that I am worrying about it this year.

Why do you think that? They appointed Hughes.
