Ladies of the night, insert card where......?
De criminalise the lovely ladies, like in Germany. The cat houses there have been taking plastic since the 90's,

Or so I've been told. ;)

Was in a pub other day, brought some drinks.....bar keep didn't look up,just handed me
the "Machine"...so swiped my money and went to walk off.....he didn't quite get it...

The touch is well handy....and use it all the time, but not in pubs, for some weird reason,
when come down for footie or out for the evening, always hit the cash point and get cash out.

Does worry me tho...it's so much easier to overspend....it's just so easy to get a card out and
pay.....when you have the notes it's easier to realise how much your spending...especially
for the youngsters.

Maybe the Contactless thing should be limited to Debit, not Credit cards....
I agree. prefer handling cash on a night out, otherwise you can overspend. I've been hacked 3 times using cards via fraud, both Visa bank debit cards.

Also both Canada and America rely on tips a lot. For reason of cash, the government cannot trace it, but using a card they can. Also if you have a shitty employer, some managers take a % of your tips!...

Even my depths of depravity don't go that far. I much prefer the hoover.

The hoover, segments of satsuma up each nostril, silk scarf tightly tied around one's neck and dosed up with amyl nitrate.

Nothing like a sophisticated evening of manly necessities.

I used to use my cards as a way of saving and now its become a habit.

If a round comes to £22.33 to pay that in cash you would have to withdraw £30 from the cash point meaning you have taken more money out than needed.
Paying by card its cost you £22.33
