Grandad apparently. Most Christmas's it was a choice between Mary Poppins/Sound of Music or Star Wars. I guess Grandad was a Julie Andrews fan.

I'd call that impressive rather than weird.
Christmas afternoons we were usually too stuffed full of turkey and roast potatoes to move. It was either a movie or watching my old man chloroform himself with a couple of brandies and snore like a wonky buzzsaw for 2 hours.

I have never watched
Top Gear (I really cannot stand any of the old presenters and the new ones are just as bad) or
Friends (I am not a single 20 something girl)
I only watched GoT recently and got hooked and watched the whole lot back to back.
Remember going to see Star Wars in 1977 and then I went to the Charity European Premier of the Empire strikes back in 1979 where I sat in the seat in front of Carrie Fisher.
