Well after watching that interview with Dominic Raab I'm filled with confidence. 'This government have shown pragmatism and flexibility' during the Brexit process. Asked for examples he says 'this government has only been in place less than a week'?????
He then suggests telling the EU we want the backstop gone is the flexible arm of friendship, whilst them saying no is stubborn and intransigent.
Asked what exactly is flexible about the government's position he says bits of the withdrawal agreement are serviceable...
There's not many people I'd happily feed to a shark, but Dominic Raab is one.
I would feed the lot to them Neville.

It`s all about them and not us.There are many crooks in this world, but nothing like a politician, especially a Tory one.

CORRECTION.

We were the greatest country in the world until we decided to sell everything we owned,so the few could make themselves stinking rich.We own NOTHING now, apart from the NHS and that won't be long before that gets carved up and the rest of the world owns that.

Sorry Terry, not having that mate.

The one question that maybe got Brexit the vote. I will ask you. Why do so many foreign nationals want to live here if you think we arent so great?

Their strategy seems to be,push for a hard Brexit, force confrontation and resistance and then declare a GE. That's why they keep referencing "the country","the people"...will it work ? something will change,it always does

It's interesting rather than depressing, because everyone has had three years to do something intelligent but no one has had any effective thoughts on how to do this.

And it's about consequences and recognising the aftermath you create. So as soon as Mrs May did a deal with the DUP she
created the perfect game losing snooker. No way out without forfeiture.

That was it...and the unsolvable rubik cube was made
Is there a strategy? Has there ever been one?
I think Boris has a hugely inflated opinion of himself and any skills he might possess as a politician. I mean, he imagines himself a latter day Churchill doesn't he?
May is Chamberlain waving her Brexit deal around, the EU is Nazi Germany and the backstop is Poland.

I think May snookered herself with the General Election. Aiming for a larger majority and ending up with none was a tactical disaster.
Odds are Boris will play his cards as a formidable strongman, standing up to the tyrannical EU, as they continue to stick to an agreement negotiated by a Tory PM.
It might work if he calls another election. A tiny majority is better than no majority, and in Corbyn the Labour Party have a leader who arguably cannot win anyway.

I guess it all depends if people buy into the old spirit of the blitz argument. That cynical, calculated appeal to the bulldog spirit. Personally I've yet to see one good argument for not staying in the EEA. There's no reason to think we'll be able to negotiate better trade deals outside of the EEA, in fact what we've seen suggests the opposite.

Its a puzzle alright, but a self made and entirely avoidable one.

Ooh, I know this one.
1) The English language is the most widely spoken language in the world. Places like Denmark and Sweden might offer a higher standard of living, but who the fuck speaks Swedish?
2) Britain is a soft touch for immigration. Tory or Labour the doors are open.
3) London is the most cosmopolitan city in Europe.
4) Britain offers a better standard of living than Eastern Europe, Africa and much of Asia.
5) Strictly Come Dancing.
6) The Queen.
Can't think of a 7. George Galloway, maybe?

Our Free NHS and benefits and better wages from where they came from.I work with foreign Nationals and most come here and work has many hours has they can, claim Child Benefits etc and in a few years, build their own house in their own country.I know a few that have built mansions and I have seen the pics too..They come here to earn a few quid and then f*ck off back. That is from the horses mouth.

Answer this question,Do you think this country is better now or in the 1960's?

In the last 20 years, this country has gone backwards, while many others in the world have moved forward. No money for Policing,Councils etc. When I was growing up,this was a great country, everyone on the same page, but now there is a massive divide. We have a government that runs the country for it`s own purpose and not for the people, unless you have a few bob.

Good to see Dom in the news again today. According to the BBC he's been trying to rewrite his own history by saying he talked about the possibility of a no dead Brexit during the referendum. Of course what he actually said was that we'd get a deal without too many problems and that no deal was a very unlikely worse case scenario.
Still this is the lie that people who want a no deal Brexit constantly push. They told us, that's what we voted for, anything less is a betrayal.

FFS...PLEASE......Brexit IS NOT some Tory plan to Fuck the working classes up,and make themselves
all stinking rich while the Poor pay £6.99 for a loaf of bread......

It Was an Election Manifesto Pledge...a winning Manifesto that had to be adhered to....
They thought it would get thru 60/40,that we remain...they weren't expecting the "LABOUR" voters
in the North and Midland Cities to be so strong in wanting to leave...
Fuck up from that point of view...yes...

But the failure of it not being Implemented is not theirs.....if were honest we all know that,
you can Maybe lay some blame on May if you wanna call it that...for trying to hard to appease...
You Can't appease a Parliament that is nearly 50% undemocratic...and want to remain, being
back by Euro Bods that are taking advantage of the situation..

The Tories do not Hate the Working classes...it's the working Classes vote them in...the prob
is every 15 years or so The "Socialist"... Labour Party get in and spend the next 10/12 years
royally fuckin the Economy/State up and has to be repaired...

I Vote Tory because I firmly believe a Low taxation...with more people actually in work, which means
you actually collect the same in tax indeed more...is the best way..

Do some googling ....which is the best Country to live....Healthiest economy...Wealthiest,
"controlling" debts...which worldwide goes into 14 figures now however many trillions that is..
Debt being bad is a fallacy we need it ..

You need to get out of the 1920s if you think the Tories Hate us...Seriously...
