Wickets tumbling this morning. Moeen Ali's forgotten how to bat !

Pitch crumbling apart.

Any lead of 50'ish will be useful.
I wouldn't have him selling programmes, useless cunt.

I concur my learned friend.

He'd drop the fuckers.

Chance to redeem himself bowling but if he fucks that up I'd send him back to his county.

Steve Smith will win the Ashes single handed for the Aussies,I'm afraid.

Sadly yes, he's head and shoulders above any other batsman out there although if the twat who agreed that Anderson should play had been kicked out of the room we'd have bowled them out for at least 100 less in the first innings despite the efforts of the cheating arsewipe.

FFS Alan you weren’t wrong about Smith being a thorn..... although more like a fucking dagger at the moment.
He’s looking like he’ll bat a century every innings at this rate.
Our attack hasn’t a Scooby how to handle him.

England will be lucky to get a draw now. If Australia get 250 ahead, and barring rain, that's 0-1.

Communism deprives no man of the power to appropriate the products of society; all that it does is to deprive him of the power to subjugate the labour of others by means of such appropriations.

Yeah...looks like we gotta bat all day tomorrow to save this...should be doable tho,
It's the last 7or8 we might have tonight worries me.
Appears to be down to Denley at moment to come up with something, really need to replace
Moeen rest of series..
Roots having a go now...

No Anderson is huge for me..
But you guys are right shouldn't have started..it's the Bloody Ashes FFS,can't have someone that
may or may not be fit...ridiculous,should leave him out for Lords as well, then bring him back..

After Losing Anderson...I'll settle for a draw TBH...Aus just gone Favourites for the Series..

Fuck Smith as well....

One man team......

Did well to get through the last 7 overs but it's going to take a miracle. Lyon is three times the bowler Moeen is and at the moment three times the batsman too.

Whatever happens, big changes needed for Lord's. Leach in for Ali. He's a number 11 but would strengthen the batting. . Archer if fit for Anderson as we need real pace, If he's still a risk then Olly Stone. Denly and Bairstow playing for their places today as well.

Ali - cant bat, turns one in every 10 - complete waste of time
Butler to keep wicket, Bairstow gone
Anderson is now 37, if there Is no cloud cover, he can go as well
Denley may just sneak in, looked ok bowling, decent back up
Broad - if he fancies it, great, if not, then he is just up and down

Archer & Stone both in

I hope Roy has a go today. If he can score runs quickly, it will put them on the defensive and we should be able to bat the day out
