Hopefully just a one off thing for him...gloving up,getting under the lights again..
good luck to him enjoy it...but,Ritchie Woodall sums it up well...says he's still fit,still trains,
does ten rounds in sessions at high pace..
But No way in the world could he take a punch like he used to..says he's to soft.

Even if your pretty fit in later life...the body just cant take what it used to..

George Foreman, who fought until he was almost 50, said after 45 it was a whole different story. And George is an incredibly strong heavyweight.

Benn might look good for a round or two but once Bika starts landing with regularity I hope his corner are watching closely.

But anyway, about Paul Ince.
