Nice mate. Always fancied there.
Hard to imagine either of you with flowers in your hair.

Communism deprives no man of the power to appropriate the products of society; all that it does is to deprive him of the power to subjugate the labour of others by means of such appropriations.

went there last year, really liked it. The air show was on while we were there in early October. then travelled down the coast all the way to San Diego. Everywhere was brilliant (apart from LA - which was a dive, but we expected that).

This year, with 60 approaching me like a speeding train, I feel the need to take stock, to shun the monetary hamster wheel of jetting off and lying on an exotic beach drinking bad alcohol from oversized fruit, served by people who smile but would gaily slit my throat with a proud flourish if I ran out of money, and instead attempt to learn about my place in the universe. To find myself, who I really am, by communing with other inhabitants of this tiny blue planet we call home.

So I am going "Swimming with Tench" in Stevenage Lakes. Apparently it provides an almost spiritual connection with another species in their own habitat with its natural landscape of sunken shopping trolleys and submerged insurance-job cars.

I will follow this with a three day cleansing programme at the Harlow New Town Business Hotel and Function Room Spa, pampering myself with raki sessions and aromatherapy, and getting my Shakras bang in fucking line.

I'm really looking forward to it.

Ommmm.
