3 British Tour Champions 2018

Postby Noni » Fri Sep 14, 2018 10:04 pm

This could be another major achievement in British cycling once again.... :)

Simon Yates is on his way to win the Tour of Vuelta a España with a 1 minute and 38 second advantage. Depending how he gets on tomorrow will almost wrap up Sunday's parade event.

With Chris Froome winning the Giro d'Italia early in the year and Geraint Thomas winning the Tour d' France. 3 major events in the history of cycling. :)

Simon Yates extends his lead and now literally has won this tour.

Tomorrow will be a parade or ceremony into the capital city :)

Simon Yates won the Vuelta a Espana to complete a clean sweep of British victories in this year's Grand Tours. Has now been confirmed. What a great Sunday with a 3-1 to West Ham and Hamilton winning in F1 :)
