Re: Munich Air Disaster

It is a distasteful song and in the poorest of taste. Your average football crowd is a fair reflection of society. Those who sing about Matthew Harding, Hillsborough, Munich or shout abuse at muslims a-la Salah just reflect what some people in society are like. Doesn't mean that they are a majority...

West Ham and the C word

Consistency. We've never really had it in spades have we? Why? I'm not talking about going on an unbeaten run (although that would be nice), I'm talking about consistently playing well, with plenty of effort. Don't mind if we lose as long as we've had a right old go and performed to our maximum from...

Re: Time To Kill Off The Cups ?

Needs a total revamp. No replays in any round. Goes to extra time and pens. No more semi finals at Wembley Winner goes into the Champions League. That would make it more competitive but I don't think it would be approved through pressure from the 'big' clubs. Also I think UEFA would see it as devalu...

Re: West Ham say he’s available, Arnie says no

To be fair, he may actually have thought in his heart of hearts that the Arsenal game could be his last, hence his 'wave goodbye' I actually have no feelings about the Arnie going/Arnie staying saga whatsover. I would have been happy either way. Gone are the days when I would have worried about it. ...

Jack Shepherd hands himself in

What a cock this bloke is. Buys a speedboat to impress women. Says he often speeds on the Thames. Gets drunk on a date and takes her out, boat crashes/capsizes and the girl dies. Gets sentenced to 6 years, doesn't take responsibility for his actions and legs it out of the country for a year only to ...

Re: West Ham fined £100,000 over pitch invasions that marred Burnley loss last March

It's no big deal really, is it? I mean, we've been throwing away £100k every week for years on Andy Carroll's wages.

Re: It's Happening

Didn't see today's game. Heard Diop made a rash tackle for their first goal. 4 or 5 games ago I said Anderson would not score 3 more goals this season. Posters disagreed. Guess what. No goals since. Need to provide better coaching for Diop to develop his natural gifts. Need to offload shit Anderson...

Re: Bournemouth vs West Ham Official Match Thread

PS, I blame our shitty 'dirty white' kit that looks like it's been washed with a spadeful of mud. As soon as I saw them come out in that grubby little number I thought we were going to lose. Has anyone actually bought that kit, sorry if you have, but it's wank. We should have gone teal with yellow s...

Re: Bournemouth vs West Ham Official Match Thread

Carroll was absolutely shocking today. Cresswell had a good game Rice and Noble were decent Diop was worth a mention. Nasri and Anderson quiet Plenty of running, huffing & puffing from Antonio but his football brain and ball control is poor Fabianski was quality again, could have easily been mor...
