Re: Strikers

Defoe lets be realistic he would be 35 by the time we got a game out of him , still fit , still scoring , could be a good bit of business if we got Batshuayi aswell , he could be a mentor . Sturridge only now because of his injury history , would he be available otherwise , to injury prone no thnx R...

Re: Three injuries

We've got enough players. Still got Fonte, Ginge and Kouyate who can play CB Still got Kouyate, Noble, Nordtveit, Fernandes who can play CM Still got Lanzini, Ayew, Snodgrass, Feghouli who can play AM. Sakho's back when? We may well have all these players , Kouayte would be a good replacement for R...

Re: The next level

I don't think Zabaletta, Defoe and Wilshere would take us to the next level. Wilshere is a step above Noble in the middle, but hardly looking like a top four player on loan. Zabaletta and Defoe would have been great this season, but we are probably talking about challenging West Brom for seventh ra...

Re: The next level

The huge majority of fans like Bilic , including myself but can he take us to the next level even if the Twins gave him 80 million to spend next year? There are 2 reasons why I don't think Bilic can take us to the next level. 1) His stubbornness with his tactics 2) The fact that every signing which...

Re: Three injuries

well lets see what Slav does now , with Obiang out and not a recognized DM in the squad (well a decent one anyway) we have Nordtveit dont even think he has had a game there , thing is he is not known for his tackling or interceptions , we have Kouyate but dont think he has the right attitude for the...

The guy I'd try to get would be Sean Dyche.
Would much prefer Eddie Howe if he had to be English.

Re: The next level

So improving the team is buying a 34 year old striker who would be another year older 35 , Wilshere would be a good call but I would be worried that he would break down again , not sure getting in a 34 or 32 year old RB is the answer to our Rb problem , how long would either last in the premiership ...

Re: Wenger anyone?

Wenger no way not now , getting on a bit , would much prefer Mancini , if Bilic goes but would our owners ever put up the cash to get Managers of their renown to go with the Stadium we now have .

Re: Snodgrass

Thought 9 million was to much for a 29 year old championship player who I felt looked pretty average , and so far I have been proven right ,would have been happier if Browne had at least been given a run in the team , or Ayew played on the left or we actually bought a young winger with potential.
