Re: Will we stay up?

I think we will struggle this year but think we will finish in 15th place this season... Just need to find a few teams worse than us so we don't go down! There are quite a few clubs with weaker squads than ours but today's performance in terms of effort, skill and organisation was the absolute pits...

Re: Marcelo Bielsa

Marcelo Bielsa may be a good coach but he doesn't speak a word of English and,as said, is a bit of a maverick. 2 days at Lazio proves that.

I doubt if he'd last 45 minutes working for Sullivan tbh. Anyhow if they do decide on a change their old mate Steve Bruce is available.

Re: Losing the dressing room

Good points there Palerider. You mentioned Calleri and that signing had me puzzled. We'd not long signed young Fletcher who, from my limited viewings of both, looks a better player, and not forgetting Martinez who is apparently highly rated. I wonder if this one is a "Sullivan special"? A ...

Re: What did Bilic do at half time

I don't think Bilic would've shouted at them. To be fair, it was an average 1st half for both teams and either one could've scored. Lanzinis passing was a bit off today. He was taken off at half time and we were worse off. I genuinely woulda taken zaza off. He was barely involved and as much as I d...

I'm Afraid The Last 2 Matches

Have destroyed my belief in Slaven Bilic's ability to sort out what is arguably becoming the worst shambles of defensive organisation I've ever seen from West Ham----and boy, that is sayingg something. We have defended worse than an Under 13 team. Players seem to be like headless chickens, blindly f...

Re: Stating The Obvious

Totally agree. Unfortunately, although we probably over achieved last year, to compete regularly at the very top level you have to spend massive amounts of money. Imo Manchester City are nailed on Champions this year. They have the best coach and the best squad by some distance. They don't come che...

Re: Cesc Fibreglass

Imo if we continue to struggle Payet will be off to PSG. Not really a question of us cashing in but a player wanting to play on the biggest stage. And also only imo absolutely no chance of us landing Fabregas. Fabregas wouldn't want to come anyway. He hates us. As for Payet, if it meant the 45m we ...

Re: Stating The Obvious

Well, they are the plus points. But they've also got a manager who, if previous jobs are anything to go by, is due to lose the dressing room fairly soon. So watch this space. True. Especially if he likes the look of one of his players' wives. Looking at MOTD last night (I don't normally), it's bewi...

And definitely not Palace. They strengthened with a player we should have bought and a player we should have kept.
