I actually think if he came,it could divide the dressing room. He didn't think we were good enough for him.

100% he will stay at Man Utd, we don't need him, we don't need McTominay and we don't need Greenwood as these will not improve our squad.

Spot on.

Whilst the fee for Macguire may be reasonable the wages will not. I think he’s decent but not an upgrade on Zouma, Oggy, or Aguerd (who is a different type of defender, but I quite like him).

We seem to be making decent alternative signings with the Rice money. I don’t want any of the current or former MU players at the moment.

I hear that Zouma has had a Saudi offer and is considering it . His knees have pretty much gone and the prospect of a handsome payday whilst extending his career by a few years may appeal to him .

Plus there’s plenty of stray moggies over there to keep his eye in .
Bring back Jonathon !

😄

Well if we get more for Zouma than we pay for Macguire I’d accept it gracefully.

Totally agreed as Maguire's high wages and he is already over 30 years old, we need to save money for younger defender as Ogbonna, 35, Cresswell, 33, Emerson 30 going to 31, Coufal 31, Zouma 30 so next summer transfer windows, we need 1 x LB, 1 x CD and 2 x RB as Johnson will be long gone. Our front line aged between 23 to 27 except Antonio so we need a young striker which may come this week, if not, next transfer windows in January or next summer.
