Jasmine the mystic cat is in the last chance saloon.

She's gone for a 2-1 Brighton win.

Problem is Joe we are bloody useless when it comes to trying to dictate play. Our game is based on counter attack and, as a lot of people have pointed out, we don't seem able to find a plan B. Another defeat on the cards I fear, my one hope being that I'm not good at predictions. ;)
Then we really need to take a leaf out of Viborgs book and keep possession and await patiently for the chance of the break
Joe , how can we keep possession AND wait patiently for the chance to break ?

Or is the sun affecting my brain ?

Did you kick it for being so pessimistic or just for living in the realms of probability?

Providing we don't just hope for the best and prepare for the worse. It's about time we took the game to them instead of the other way around.
Problem is we don't often take the game to anyone , though it may be possible now with the additions Moyes has made so far this window as a couple of them appear to have a bit of pace and quality about them ( time will tell but I am hopeful ) .

How do you get a chance to break if you haven't got possession? Could I suppose await a mistake,

You think I'm Kurt Zouma already ?

Jasmine spends the week studying tactics and has come to the conclusion that Moyes doesn't have a fucking clue how to beat a Graham Potter side.

Well if you rely on Mystic Moggie you might end up that way, betting is the slippery slope to decline

That’s been the counter attacking signature since Moyes’ return . It’s now been sussed of course and everyone we play except the Sky 6 defend a lot deeper against us knowing we can’t break em down .
Moyes has even been quoted recently as saying that we need to change to a more possession based game .

We just haven’t the players to do it .
Yet.

Joe , us keeping possession would be a new tactic for the lads , hate to think what it might do to them , could be employed if Moyes started the new lads Kehrer - Cornet and Spam as they haven't been indoctrinated into Moyes policies yet .
