Moyes padded the squad with players he hadn't a clue about basically to see us through. Didn't want a repeat of last session. Not really a case of blending. IMO.

The rest is about right, especially the bit about the final being a bright light in an otherwise dismal season.

Myself and the Pipes firm are off early doors tomorrow morning put all the negative bollocks to one side for a couple of days .
We are all West Ham ,wherever your all watching cheer the lads on to victory ,we can do this.
God bless you all.

Wednesday morning for me, just hoping this French air traffic control strike tomorrow and Wednesday doesn’t have a knock on effect.
So far, all seems ok.

If we’re on it on Wednesday, play a good, high energy (I didn’t use the word ‘pace’) and committed (in numbers and cohesion) counterattacking game I think we’ll win.
But by biggest fear is Moyes’s fear.
It doesn’t take much for good counterattacking to transition to parking the content of Barking bus garage.

Moyes mustn’t give into fear. If he does, I hope Rice and Co have an emergency plan in place to override him.

And we’ve GOT to be a bit streetwise. The Violas will try every dirty trick in the book. Just hope the ref is strong.

I'm off first thing in the morning myself and I am really looking forward to it. Not every day that you get to play a European final in a city as nice as Prague. Safe travels to all the fans supporting the lads. I am flying direct but some have some very convoluted and innovative journeys.....fair play to them for their loyalty, especially those breaking up family holidays !
