Middlesbrough fans are not to happy about it , wanted to keep him ( says something about him I suppose ) , others said if he had to go he was worth a lot more then the reported £4m transfer fee .

Thought he was decent enough last time around, if currently injured however, it’s a bit of an odd one. If it frees up money for we what we really need I’ll be happy enough.......actually I’ll get back to you feb 1st :D

At least we can look forward with anticipation for the day when he breaks down , which I doubt will be to far off :( .

If he’s injured/unfit this is a poor signing. We have enough problems without another injured keeper to add to it all. I think he is a decent keeper and a much better back up than what we have but the fact that he has failed a medical is worrying.
